建築設計者對於世界的觀察與理解,從學院中的教育便開始萌芽。建築系學生透過數年的設計訓練,在最終的「畢業設計」之中,以自身觀察對當前社會狀況提出疑問,並透過建築及空間設計為敘事方式進行回應,藉此作為參與公共、社會、文化的第一步。
展覽由10位獲獎學生、5位跨世代參展建築師共同討論,藉由不同世代建築人對於「畢業設計」的不同切入與思考,呈現畢業設計的多元觀點與面貌,同時提供大眾理解建築專業、建築教育的更多可能。
School education teaches architects to observe and understand the world. After multiple years of training, students raise social issues and explore solutions through designs. It's their first step to engage in the public, society, and culture.
YTA Young Talent Award is an exhibition, discussed and presented multiple perspectives on graduation projects, and point to different paths for architecture education by 10 award-winning students and 5 participating architects.
