山嵐號與海風號是台鐵新式觀光列車，以退役之EMU500電聯車為基礎進行改造，其命名、識別、內裝與外觀設計，皆以「臺灣」為發想主軸，緊扣島嶼獨有的山海絕景，呈現豐富的東方意象。山嵐海風不僅為國旅帶來全新體驗，也讓臺灣走向世界，讓世界擁抱臺灣。
Shan-Lan (mountain mist) and Hai-Feng (sea breeze) are the Taiwan Railway Corporation’s modern sightseeing trains converted from the retired EMU500 series. From names and visual identity to interior and exterior design, every detail draws inspiration from Taiwan’s mountains and seas, showcasing a rich tapestry of Eastern imagery and natural landscape. Shan-Lan and Hai-Feng not only reimagine domestic travel, but also invite global travelers to discover and fall in love with the island.
