2015年臺灣文博會打破過往以單一場域作為展區的方式，以「城市即展場，展場即生活」概念，驅動整個城市成為一個大型博覽會，更將城市塑造成為文化、創意、人文與科技共存的實驗場域。
在主題概念館中，透過「品一條河」為主體概念之動態影像與投影呼應工藝、圖像與視覺領域所運用的四種創作原料，並藉由山水形象的展覽空間呼應臺灣多元且特有的風土環境，呈現出文化長河自源頭萌發並彙集成流的具象風貌，邀請觀者共同感受這場歷史與環境交織的文化脈動。
Creative Expo Taiwan 2015 imagined the whole city as exhibition venue and envisioned the city as an experimental space for culture, creativity, humanity, and technology. The main exhibition hall used moving images and projections to demonstrate how culture in Taiwan was inspired, influenced, and impacted by its unique and diverse environments, histories, and contexts.
